Go with a zoa garden
Throw I. Little frags and watch em grow
Get a fire shrimp
Sand sifting snails small ones
And hermit or emeralds with u prefer and small Orang star would work or a sand sifting star

I want more diversity than just Zoas.

Would it be too much to have all 3? Fire, Peppermint, and Sexy shrimp?

Well u have to think about the bio load ur throwing in and yeah that would be fine I have 2 sexy shrimp one fire shrimp but yeah definitely and other corals u Could do is frog spawn candy cane
