65 gallon or 70 gallon cube?

Hey guys so I currently have a 70 gallon cube that is not drilled so I'm using a hang on overflow right now which isn't really working the best having issues handling the pump I just bought. Anyway my lfs has a 65 gallon reef ready tank drilled, with stand, sump, ato, reactor, and pump for sale for $285 I was thinking of just buying that. I feel like I will be happier with the extra length of the tank. Feel like my display Willie better overall.

What do you guys think?

Yea, I am pretty sure You'll be a lot happier with a reef ready tank.

Personally I prefer the depth of the cube and don't like the fact that the 65 is so tall. I would just drill the cube but in the end it depends on what you would be happy with and it sounds like that's the 65. I wish you were closer I'd buy the cube from you, lol.

I love the cube look but would never run. Tank that wasn't reef ready, too many floods from my first tank like that

Well I re-plumbed my overflow box and it is working alot better now so I think I may just stick with the cube. I do like the cube and I'm only gaining 1 foot of length on the 65 gallon and I like the deeper dimension of the cube.

so buy a cadlights 70gallon lol. get the best of both.. 36 inches long and 24 inches front to back and only 18 inches high lol.

I think I'd go with the 100 gallon cad lights tank love the dimensions. I also wouldn't mind finding a 93 gallon cube drilled

I agree i like the dimensions on it as well. I alwys hate picking out a new tank, i cant ever make up my mind!

Well the only reason I'm considering swapping to a new tank is cause I have realized that having a reef ready drilled tank would be so much nicer.
