@Mschmidt all at one point zip tied to the only 3 pts of contact I have ATM lol those clips will make it much easier and tighter

Skimmer height being up another inch or 2 is making it suck air from the front. Mini cyclone kicks up and it sucks air.

I suppose you could get a high walled tupperware and inset it in the sand and put the skimmer in lower or just raise sump level.

At least there is an attempt. unlike me. I'll be adding the ones I made to the stand to help guide them too.

@Projects with Sam I got the one I posted from thingiverse I printed 30 at a time and had one, maybe two failures.

I just got a size D for Christmas!

Dunno if it's big enough to effect 250gallons based on the calculation. Any feedback on yours would be great

That'd be me, maybe someone else as well.

Definitely makes a difference but I believe you're undersized.
