I run a A with 12% and 3 catalyst in my 80 G but it is in the upper region what you should run. I have adapt my tank for this during around 6 years. In the beginning I run 6 % and 2 catalyst. It take around 5 - 7 days to empty the container.

In a 220 Gallon it will helps a little but if it strong enough for fighting dinos or cyano - I do not know.

Its only a larger container - the dosing amount will be adjusted by the strength of the peroxide or/and how many catalyst you use. Start with few catalyst and weak solution if you are unsure

Reached out to Reef Octopus,
My Varios 8 return pump only has 2 speeds now Low and Medium/High. I suspect the controller is malfunctioning. Not sure if im missing out on flow there.

They will probably want me to purchase another $100 controller or something.... Which I could just get a power head to fill in that flow and never support them again. :)

Great build thread Nate...im inspired to build my 120...i want to try and build using low iron glass for front panel and the 2 side panels...im finding outrageous prices for low iron glass...where did you source your glass from and what can one expect to pay for glass panels for a 48x24x24 build?

yep..more pumps better. Thats why I have a spare Ecotech Vectra pumps, One in sump the other is spare in box , incase the one in the sump goes bad... Not chancing having to order one and wait till it gets here...

Low iron glass is roughly or was roughly four to eight times the cost.

Looking back I wish I had done that for the viewing panels but honestly the regular glass is fine.

My build cost me roughly $1,000 but I had two pieces which cost roughly $300 because there's a minimum at the shop I used. I didn't end up using those so I could have made my 180 for 700 dollars

Price is now I haven't even checked.

I was able to build my 80 gallon sump out of acrylic for well under $400

Thanks for sharing. I don’t mind paying more for oversea’s shipment as long as I get it. Have you received yours yet?. Are you aware if I need to order other accessories beyond the Oxydator W model?

I ordered extra catalysts just because. And no I didn't receive one yet. I ordered yesterday.
