A couple unknowns

I got a large group of zoas over the weekend and I've spotted a couple things I'm not positive about.

I think this might be a pipe organ. It extends and retracts with stimulation, but being on the bottom/under the rock i can't really see a tube or anything.

I circled one of these that you can see a little better, but they are all over this part of the rock. In every one of the holes in this area.

Any help would be awsome

Both or just One? I've never seen green aptasia

Aipasia can be green, depends on the lighting.
The top picture seems to be forming bubble tips...could me majano
