Anyone have a rough idea of the max PAR from a XR15 running the AB+ schedule at 70%?

Thanks,
John

Too many other unknown variables to venture a guess. What size is the tank? What are the dimensions? How high is your xr15 above the water? How many watts is 70%?

It’s on a standard XR15 Mount, over a biocube. I’m not looking for a par map of my tank, just wondering what the highest par someone gets running this setup. It seems the AB+ at 70% is a very common schedule with the radio s.

I just changed my XR15 running AB+ to 70% and get +/- 200 PAR at about 6" depth. The XR30's seem to put out more par at the same intensity.

I was surprised too. I'm getting these numbers under XR30 Gen 4 pro's running AB+ at 55% intensity.

Watch the BRS video around 2 minutes in. Note, this is for the pro version at 100% all channels. The par reduction for AB+ program will be around 25% to 30%. And then adjust those par numbers to reflect your intensity (which will be proportional).
