I have a couple acro in my tank. One is a multi branching no name purple acro that I got a few months ago. It was doing great in my tank but there was an incident that caused my lights to go out and went 5 days without lights. The bottom got bleached out at the base but the branches are still very nicley colored. Over time will the bleaching get reversed or should I just cut it at the base and re glue. The other acros are doing fine and are colored and polyps extended

If that area has tissue, then it should get color again. If it is dead, then I would cut it off once the frags/colonies all start to look great again - give them time to recover.
