Acro Encrusting Mesenterial Filaments

Hey Guys,

Anybody see acros showing filaments around the perimeter when its encrusting? I have a pc rainbow that is settling into hopefully its final location. Since i moved it off the frag rack ive been waiting for it to start growing again, probably 2-3 weeks now. Today i noticed filaments around the very outskerts of the encrusting tissue. Is this a good sign? Is it “clearing space” for new growth?

+1 my strawberry shortcake and some nonames are currently doing that too. I don't see any white tips where they are coming out from though. Curious about the process.

IME a good sign, think of it as target feeding that area.

All my frags do this right before
They start to encrust the surrounding area. I think it’s a good sign.
