Is that what's happening here is that bad or good? Will this help it color up from it's current brown? Sorry for all the questions I've got a fairly new tank about 3 months since the cycle ended that seems to be doing well noticed one of my acros doing this after I fed the tank mysis. Any info would be great!

Feeder tentacles. Normal and nothing to worry about. Some SPS do this. I have a number that does to some degree or another. Light, nutrients, and trace elements generally dictate coloration with light being, IMO, the most influential.
