Adding kalkwasser to tropic marin part c

My understanding is it prevents increase in Sodium Chloride when using with 2 parts solutions. It also has replacement amounts of Potassium and Iodide. I am not promoting anything however. 10% weekly water changes are suffient in most cases.

That part isn't true, if added at the stated dose. It keeps potassium and iodide from being lowered when you lower the salinity based on rising salinity from the sodium and chloride. it has no extra potassium or iodide to offset any consumption (if you have any).

Thanks for the claification
Thought you meant 2 part that you could buy, like ESV.

lol
That kinda ph booster (DIY mix) kinda scares me... :D
Yes, the high PH booster is a bit of a beast to make and use. It is a very clever idea (thank you Randy), but you need to be very careful with handling it. I had it eat right through the pharmed tubing in my Masterflex. That has never happened to me before, lol. After that, I moved to CalRx and kalkwasser.

Dennis, Thanks for the incite

That Amazon reagent you came to for our Alkatonic units has really paid off for our wallets. Thanks for remaining steadfast in finding us that option.
