How is the temperament of the Dottyback? That tank mate should be really your only concern. Since most dottybacks can be jerks.Thanks for the advice, I don't want to get to crazy as I have a few fish in the tank already

Is this the blue throat wrasse you are talking about? I thought those were in the same complex as C. filamentosus complex which is one the most aggressive of fairy wrasses.
Not sure if that is quite enough wrasses...Here’s a rough draft of my 120g stock list (I’ve acquired the fish that have a hyphen- in front of it) very wrasse oriented.. hope this gives you a few ideas.
