AI Hydra 52 - Lunar Settings

I recently upgraded my LEDs to 2 hydra 52s. I have the lunar settings on and it seems that lights are on at all times now. I used to feed my corals at night when the lights were out and their feeder tentacles were out. I have only had these lights for 2 days, but when the lunar lights are on the coral doesn't extend their feeder tentacles. Or at least they haven't yet. Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation? Will the corals adjust to the lunar lights or do I need to turn that setting off?

corals should begin to adapt and adjust to the new light. they usually open out nicely once they get a little wiff of food.
It simulates the light coming off the moon which means all your light channels will be running.
'Is Lunar Cycle the same as Moonlights?
No. Lunar Cycle increases or decreases your intensity settings based on the phases of the moon. As for moonlights, they can be simulated by setting very low intensities (1%-3%) at night. If you have 1%-3% settings at night and Lunar Cycle is turned on, then you can expect 0% (no moon) to around 6% (full moon) brightness at night.'

we are waxing right now so nights should be getting brighter-male sure your date and time zone are correct on the director interface.
if you want to simulate just blue moons just run the deep blues only on your night schedule.
