Setting up a new 90g with 2 hydra 26. What is the recommended setting for happy and healthy zoas.

I had two hydra 26s on my 90 gallon as well. Depending on whether your keeping sps I did the following:
White: 40%
Violet: 80%
Green: 0%
Red: 0%
Deep Blue: 80%
Royal blue: 80%
UV: 80%
If I had sps I would just raise the white to 60%
Usually with zoas you can get away with even half of that set up.

Get a light meter so you don't need to guess. I wouldn't reef without one and I would've saved a bunch of my corals if I'd been using one when I set up my LED's back in the day.

A simple lux meter like the "LX-1010B" that I use is all it takes, and one only costs about $15, delivered. (BTW, if you can afford a PAR meter it'll be more accurate.)
