AI Nano

I recently installed a new AI nano and it worked fine for a couple of weeks but now it just flashes like a disco ball and I cannot seem to be able to change the color on it manually.

Anyone that can offer some insight?

I have heard that they have a pretty good warranty. Let us know how it goes.
First, make sure that it's not just a storm effect that was accidentally scheduled if you haven't already. Keep us posted for sure though. Good luck
