AI Prime 16HD Setup Troubles

I purchased a new AI 16H Prime from World Wide Corals today, only to get home and plug it in to find no juice at the light itself. The power brick has a green indicator light, but nothing at the indicator LED. Spoke with WWC and they helped troubleshoot, but feel like it might be a bad unit. They have a new one set aside for me to swap out with tomorrow, but man what a bummer! The store has been great, but I was excited to play with a new toy today. Like a toy at Christmas but no batteries...

Heading back down to Winter Park to swap it out tomorrow, with hopefully better results.

No doubt. Just my luck that I get the bad one of the batch. WWC has been great - taking the hassle out if it immediately!

We've used 3 AI in the past without trouble. One of the easier lights to work with. That being said, anything can show up and not work perfectly...that's just odds. Glad to see WWC getting it done right for you.
