Any recommendations on how to make a fixture? I have a 4 ft tank build- I already have 1 prime, so I want to order two more to have a light hanging every 12 “ across the tank. I could do this with a bar about 24” with a light on each end and one in the center. Any thoughts of what people have done?

I'm in the process of pricing out something similar. 36" tank with 3 primes.

it would site on the Frame of the tank, just inside the lip. 24" front to back, 12" tall, 36" wide. then with an m5 tapped t-nut and the hanging kits from AI it should just bolt together. Only frustrating part is it will probably cost me as much as one of the lights. :/

Take a look at the specs on the Aluminum profiles. I think the 10series (1" x 1") if supported at both ends should be fine. if only going to support at 1 end then the 2020, or 3030 should definitely suffice.
