Ai prime for refugium

Hi everyone, Im wondering if anyone has used the ai prime in their refugium to grow cheato. If so what was the intensity used? I've been thinking about buying the prime for this just wanted to know if anyone has done this before actually trying it. Thanks!

That would be a waste, get a 20w led grow light off flea bay. Or just a 6000k led bulb from big box store

If looking for a display refugium light then I would consider it.

If you're looking for LED for a refugium and would like programmable timers built in, the Aquatic Life Edge fixture works really well for a reasonable price. It is what I use.

I'm using a Prime for my fuge. Grows macro algae and you can grow out frags in your fuge.

I decided to go the cheap route and bought CFL bulb. From what I've read it should work just fine.

Have you seen the RapidLED PAR38's? I also that Kessil now has a fuge light, but its pretty expensive.
