Ai prime issue (white indicator light)

Looking to see if anyone has had the same issue and if there’s any fix or anything I can do about it at all. My ai prime indicator is white and 3 LEDs are on as shown in the picture. I have tried the method of resetting and holding button etc.

Try this

1. Unplug the AI-Fi light(s) from power
2. Press and hold the reset button while the light is still disconnected from power
3. Connect the AI-Fi light to power then release the reset button after waiting 3 seconds
4. Allow up to 2 minutes for the light boot up (flashing teal indicates the light is in boot up mode)
5. Flashing Blue/Green LED indicator implies the AI-Fi light has been reset successfully

Hmm. Okay. Then reach out to AI tech support. If you can’t reset it that’s a bigger issue

Did you try deleting the light from the app then reinstall.

I’ve found the issue I need a new Wi-Fi chip. Contacting ai about where I should go to find one in Canada
