AI Sol Controller

Hi guys, I recently bought an AI Sol LED lights from somebody online and unfortunately, it didnt come with controllers. I don't want to use it yet since the light is too strong for my 30 gallon reef tank. So, my question is, does anybody here have an extra AI sol controller that I can buy? I checked online and it seems like all the major online stores are out of stock and it will take like 8 weeks or more for it to be available again. Anybody willing to help out a newbie reefer? thanks!

That's a problem as these lights are discontinued now for a while.
You can either contact AI themselves and see if they still have a controller or go to Eba
Or you can do a little DIY here.
It's easy but you need to open up your unit and remove the plug where the controller suppose to be plugged in.
Don't worry cause you LED is out of warranty anyways.
Connect the wires to a breakout box from a TC420 LED Strip Time Dimmer

And you have your own independed controller

Did you have any luck? or are you interested in parting with your AI sol... I have one and am considering getting another.

Is it a AI Sol White or Blue? I know a Reefkeeper will control them with the AI module.
