AI Vegas vs Hydras

I need two units and a controller. I've been reading a lot about both and I can't decide between the two and don't want to wait for the Hydra 52's. Which would you get and why?

I like the Vega's because the colours are crisp. I have not used the hydras but when I have seen them the white looks a little pinkish which I do not like.

Neither because I'm sure you don't want to pay too much for Warm whites or neutral whites to help the color in your corals. I know I don't
Look into Nanobox, Razor, Celestial spotlights (Also Maxspect), and DIY

I have vegas and really like them. I agree on the pink color on the hydras not looking good. I also agree that the one drawback on the vegas is a lack of warm or neutral whites. you can get the warm or neutral but have to order custom pucks to do it and they cost $50 a piece. I will eventually order some custom pucks for mine with warm white and either uv or violet and get rid of the red and green.

to me doesnt make sense to spend all that money on a unit, and then to have to pay extra to get what you want... do your research and buy what you want the first time

Im keeping mine as is. I get good growth & colours look immense so why change.

Do the newer Vegas include those pucks or do you still have to buy them seperate?

why not just tune the colors you dont have the pinkish tone on the hydras?
