Holy freakin cow! Where was this when I needed it?!? Thanks!!!!!!!
Also am I choosing package size based on tank size? IS it length width and size for tank or shipping???? Confused.

Buy the snails only packages since you have hermits already. Yes they are sold in kits by the tank size, the LxHxW is for folks who dont know their water capacity, I'm not really sure. I wouldnt worry about it. I'd recommend getting a pack thats somewhere between 75-100% of your tank capacity, they typically over fill them just in case some dont make it.

@alimac122, I'm happy to move this over to the members tanks forum for you. Would you like to pick an alternate build thread title? You can reply here or send me a PM and we'll get it taken care of.

Thank you @dbl I'd Like to change the title to "Ali's 90g Cube Build"

Much appreciated!

The OP had linked the prior thread for her banner. It can be changed at her choosing.

@kyleinpdx
How long do you think I should wait to order? Another two weeks? The current crew demolishes diatoms pretty well, haven’t had any hair or cyan yet.
do Have some green coralline returning on the live rock.

If you really only have a handful of snails I'd probably order soon, they'll take a few days to ship. When I recently moved tanks I wasnt bringing the water or sand from the old tank, so I purposefully waited a few days before adding the CUC to make sure I could build up some trace amounts of nitrate and phosphates. Now the problem is waiting too long and having GHA turf algae take a foot hold. Folks like Mr. Lasse advocate for putting the CUC in immediately, before you notice any algae growth. Even if you cant see any, theres plenty for the CUC to eat.

Personally i like scpapes with more rock. Especially in tanks with not much coral. To me it just seems like a lot of dead space in most tanks. Extra rock will help with filtration also. If you later on decide you don't want as much in the diaplay you can always move it to the sump. I would buy some cheap base rock on ebay. I would also take those big rocks out that you have right now and hit em with a hammer and chisel. Then glue some cool shapes / structures with pond foam or something else.

Here is a link to a thread showing a few structures with pond foam.

You can look up any scape you want and easily replicate it with that stuff. Unsightly when dry but once the rock is covered with coraline you cant tell at all.

I have some clear epoxy already! But that scape looks cool.
