Fairy wrasse has been in his hidey hole for the last two days.
Thinking hes just found a new safe space and is staying there for a little while because of me rearranging the tank.
Hoping he comes out again soon and is active again. Miss his cute face swimming all around the tank.

Parents came to town this weekend and I got to enjoy plenty of quality time with them, however because of spending so much time with them I have neglected the tank over the weekend.
Just noticed unilateral popeye in the fairy wrasse. Going to do an emergency large water change, and start feeding mysis with kanaplex and focus, but that is unlikely to help the wrasse since he has been on a heavy pod diet and has yet to fully transition to mysis. Hoping that it is just aggression from other fish, but also that is not something that I necessarily hope for.

If its no one thing, its another. Lets hope my gorgeous wrasse heals up nicely and everything is fine in a week or two.

Fairy wrasse came out today. His eye is still swollen but not as bad as it was a couple days ago.

everyone that’s alive in the tank is doing fine!
Randomly went to bed with everyone happy then woke up to ALL of my clowns missing one morning last week. One was belly up wedged in a rock. One is still MIA. One I was able to find still hanging on taking a vacation in my filter basket in the sump! So aside from two clowns going to fishy heaven the tank is great!
Had a funeral I had to travel to Arkansas for, spent 5 days there. Just got home and everyone’s doing great, no outbreaks while I was gone and the corals are growing!
Gonna update my powerheads soon, and try to sell the CurrentUSA setup. There’s nothing wrong with it. I just want more flow.
Pictures to come sometime soon. I just have two exams this week, and after getting back to town I have to FOCUS!

Went to Houston over the weekend, didn’t realize I needed a deep clean and came back to nitrates at 50!
perfect excuse to trim some HA and rearrange some corals In better spots.

Duncan is mad at me. But I think Ifound a better spot for him.

nope, was there just the weekend and I volunteered to work the event, so my life was consumed with that! I wish though!
