it is a current fixture

It's a Current Orbit style. Like this- http://www.marineandreef.com/Current_USA_Outer_Orbit_T5_Metal_Halide_Aquarium_Light_s/320.htm, but it's got the 14k MH 250w bulbs. It's a nice lighting system.
