Hello everyone!
I have a small anemone-only tank that has some Aiptasia.
Are these safe for my anemone? I know some folks dislike them alongside their coral—but this tank is coral free!

If they don't harm anything I will definitely keep them.
Thank you all so much for your help/advice!

Edit: I know that Aiptasia are anemone.
A better question to ask would have been: Are Aiptasia compatible with other anemone species?

Thank you all once more!

I would get rid of the aiptasia before it takes over your tank first. Use some F aiptasia or Aiptasia X

There are no corals and I think they are kind of cool to look at.
Is there any negative of having them beside their affect on corals?

They can bother other inverts in your tank and fish (if you ever get fish or if they get to the size where they can bother fish)

It is your tank, but they may overwhelm anything else.
I think adding anemones will be ok
Also anemones are difficult to remove if you need to treat the tank later.
