If you "hover" over the alerts it will activate the drop down box. If you click the link it will open the alerts page. This is by design.
Hovering works with a mouse. On the mobile browser (not app) a quick tap shows the dropdown menu and a longer tap (or double tap) opens the related alerts/inbox/account page. During the recent period where there was a lag the quick touch wouldn’t always work, however after today’s changes the banner buttons seem to be operating smoothly and as designed.

If I Google something and it links to r2r when I open the page stutters horribly when I try to scroll.

Hmm let me try to recreate that!

I just upgraded my phone to an s10 so I don't know if it has anything to do with this phone. If I go directly to reef2reef everything works great. It only happens when I search from Google. I have been typing in random things to make sure it wasn't just the one link but it appears to be anything I search.

the like button seems to work better. The alerts are popping up quickly. I dont have to refresh the page. That is a huge plus. The page seems to running smoother. Looks to be a huge improvement.

Things seem to be running much smoother today. Thank you for not giving up on us ! :)

No way man! Recruited an old friend who’s a whiz at this stuff to take a look and he found some things!! Woot!

+1 to this.

It seems pretty laggy again unfortunately :(
Just letting you know, trying to help, not “complaining”.

What types of stuff is happening exactly? It helps us when we know exactly.

I'll click on something and the site will just stall. I have to close my browser and reload the page and then it works fine.

Is this happening right now for you? Trying to figure out exactly what’s been happening since we made some adjustments earlier today.
