Just had to share, I was surfing old threads on another site and found a video of what looked like an old pair of clowns I had bought and raised from 1/2 inch babies. The video was labeled Rods onxy/bones picasso spawning.

I messaged the guy who posted it and he confirmed that the pair were bought from the guy I sold my clowns to when I moved. He said he sold them also but they quickly started spawning for the new owner.

I'm just so happy they are still around and spawning.

Jovreefer it is nice to see stuff you had a hand in, still around after a lenght of time.

Say did you use to live in Florida, then Boston, before CA.?

that's amazing. how old would you say they are now?

I want to say 4.5 years old, I received them in early '08. The guy who sold them said the new owner was trying to raise a few of the offspring, I'd love to see what they produce if he is sucessful.

very nice! was the vid you saw of the pair fairly recent?

I have also sold a few nice ORA Premium Picasso's a while back. I hope they're still alive too. although I didn't sell them as pairs. they were only bonded when I let them go.

That's awesome. It's nice to see others care for them as much as you did.

The video was from Jan this year I think.

I sold them to a local club guy, he sold them to a guy in NY, and that guy sold them. I really hope they have found their forever home now. But they continue to spawn so they must be happy.

Doh.. reading comprehension at its greatest! Sure you didn't have the breed stock of Ocellaris that guy just bought from his LFS? ;)
