BBQing Reefers - What's on your grill/smoker?

I can't believe I have missed this thread. I'm in!!

I have a Yoder 640 pellet and love it. Since attending the MACNA New Orleans show and having the grilled oysters, I have been cooking oysters on a cast iron oyster pan, great way to mix it up.

Also, some pastrami photos.

So thankful you decided to join in Dave!!! Although I did tag you on this thread way back in July! Then again, I guess I should have got the username right. Can't wait to see more from you!!!

Yoder 640 is going to be my next smoker.

Its been rock solid. Plus with the new door in the diffusor plate, it makes it really user friendly. Reverse searing a steak is top notch and easy now.

Yes Dave, Costco Business Center. No the regular Costco. Biggest I've seen is about 70 lbs

I was going to treat myself to some Wagyu once. Just couldn't pull the trigger @ $150/pound with a 5 pound minimum.
