Going to do a mojo marinade whole chicken for Saturday, then Sunday try my hand in a 12-14 hour cook of a pork shoulder.
After doing some reading/YouTubing seems that a pork shoulder is very doable on a weber kettle, though most seem to use the slow and sear thing; I'm going to try the snake method but this time double stack for 6 briquettes instead of 3.
