I'm sold on reefbreeders, they are on both our tanks and I will probably have them on anything I ever do in the future.
Just my opinion. Good luck on your build.

Add a second Vipar if you like them.

Few LEDs are built for a 30*30. Coral Care 2 or ATI Straton would work but not cheap.
This.

The pita dimensions of a large cube, your using 2 fixtures of whatever you choose. Frankly, id just buy another vipar also and keep trucking. Anything that offers 30x30 coverage at the 'max' is gonna suck at par for the outer 6" on all sides.

Btdt with a 90g cube on a short lived previous setup. Also have had a 60g cube and currently have a 50g cube im setting up (again)

I have 2 red sea 160s led's, they claim to be able to light deeper tanks which is why I eventually chose them. I'm happy with the light but unhappy with the application to use it as half the time it says led's do not run any program even though it says my chosen setting as the heading, go figure, so it can do the job but probably on a same par with control as noopsyche K7 V3 as you said. And I have zoanthids a plenty they're like weeds :face-with-tears-of-joy:

There is no best, just best for you. Best for me would be to find a cheap used 250w MH pendant and use that over the tank by it's self... probably be less than $100 with unmatched performance. Whatever you decide, keep you Vipar until you are for-sure that whatever you buy is an actual upgrade.
