Best sand anemone?

Finally looking to add an anemone to my 20g tank. Do's and dont's based off experience would be appreciated.

But mostly wondering the best selection for such a small tank. Obviously I know it's pretty "forbidden" but I would like to push the envelope.

Best sand nem would be an LTA but they get huge. Otherwise I would stick with rock flowers and BTAs
