Biocube LED power supply help

Just grabbed a 32 Biocube with LED lights and it is missing the power supply for the lights. Any chance someone has the specs on this so I can order one?

Think I could pan for gold easier from a sewer treatment plant than get info on this power supply.

Coralife customer service is great. I'm betting you can get one from them.

Update

Coralife sent me a new power supply no questions asked. It is 12v 3amps

I think Im gonna save up and go with steves leds or nanobox retrofit

If coralife isn't going to help you out send me a PM I know a guy that has one laying around he switched to an AI prime hd.

Just got off the phone with Corallife, sending me a new power supply for free. Wow, told them it’s my fault it’s missing but she insisted they just send it out. Awesome service!
Would still love to get the specs until the replacement gets here though. And when I get it I will need to put something up giving the specs.

I was able to locate one through Coral Vue.

Do you have the specs for it? Output volts/amps?

Hey, when you get the power supply and the lights still don’t work, make sure you press the tiny nearly invisible reset button on the front before giving up. You will need a paperclip or something tiny because you cant push it with your finger. After going without power for a long time they sometimes need to be reset to turn on. I will post a pic if you can’t find it, just let me know.

I went with the Nano Box Retro and I couldn't be happier. The app to control the lights is great and I can grow anything I've put under these lights.
