Blind fish

Has anybody ever had a blind fish? My clown tang i newly added acts like it when feeding he just searches the sand bed never see him eat he is healty but wouldn't say hardy hardy plus he stays in one corner section of the tank and rides the glass and when i go to poke glass he doesnt respond any info would be great just baffled never had a fish"tang" act like this

I have seen this more than once and can be neurological ,but moreso, can be caused by flukes. In addition, can be impact injury from physical trauma leading to neurological symptoms and blindness changes the appearance of the pupil and often non-treatable. Some blind fish will seek food, and live a few years as long as there is no bully causing additional stress
 
Its been in my tank a month now


All the info you need to know is what Vette posted. No need to post more beyond this. I had a mimic and sadly had to put him down. It lost too much weight ultimately. Blindness really sucks, watching the fish with it.
