So my question is this. How on earth do you take a photo of your tank with the blue light? I got some zoa and went to take a pic of them and the blue light killed the vibrant colors of the zoa in the pic. Is there anything at home that I can use to make a blue light filter or is there an app on android that has one already it?

If you ever got a pair of orange reef glasses from a vendor you can use that to take pictures through. Other than you either need to get something like coral lens clips from amazon or reef glasses.

The other option is to temporarily set you lights to a warmer spectrum but it will take all the color pop out of the photo. You also need to find the white balance in your phone and set it to as warm as possible.

You can also go into the camera setrings and adjust the white balance and ISO speed in Androids this is in the pro mode settings under the "more" heading of your camera. I know it can be done in Iphones as well I just don't know how.

I use the Oprhek lens kit. Comes with a couple of lenses and it works great!
