outliers.... my community is so involved with the kids education its nuts.
On any given day there are 1-3 parents in the classrooms helping... and its public school.
The parents need to give a clam to begin with...
Teachers are underappreciated and education is underfunded.

agree..... the other day I had a call with my sons teacher and told her that there are good teachers and bad teachers and she is definitely one of the good ones.. and that we appreciate and value everything she has done for our son. She started to choke up on the phone...Care and appreciation does matter.... I'll add some (probably a lot) parents care immensely, but don't have the ability to get involved inside the classrooms because of the need for a two income household. Yes there are more flexible jobs for some but it doesn't work for all.. Then of course there are lots of parents that could care less (which makes me so sad to think about) All I'm saying is the issues we face are so complex... broad strokes made for all, always leave some people disadvantaged. We need to get to place where there can be some common sense middle ground found. I believe it is within the people in our community to do so, but unfortunately the ones calling the shots don't always have other peoples best interest at heart. And the ones that do care (speaking for myself), are just trying to keep their heads above water.

You guys got no idea wtfk is going on in private and public schools. I can't even begin to talk about it. It's censored, will have me perma banned. And mark me as a racist, white supremacist. My suggestion, start talking to parents on whats going on with their kids. There Ra,,, murder.... and it's all getting brushed under the rug. Not to mention kids... ELEMENTARY schools are exposing children to S.x toys... I'm out.

In 2017 my family and I went through a couple things right after another and we decided to homeschool from then on.

Every day I'm reminded why this was such a good idea. I can't even fathom them going back to "school".

We're home schooling next year. We've been on this topic for 4 years. Our son will be 5 soon enough.

One girl in our city got confronted for saying nagga. Thats an actual monster from video games.
