Cade Chaos Grimoire

Absolutely one of the best shows I've ever been to. We got to see them down here at Jannus for their Solidaritine tour a couple years back. Probably one of the few bands I'd willingly suffer the crowds for again.
What are your thoughts on Chuck Ragan / Hot Water Music? They're from down around your way.

I'm actually unfamiliar with them by name at least. I'll plug them in on my drive to work and see if any songs sound familiar.

"Trusty Chords" is probably their biggest. These days, like most artists from the punk scene circa 2007, they would be more like post-punk Americana.

I suspect my "expected ship date 1/2" fish aren't shipping today at this point. It's currently 540 in their time zone.

Hi all.

No updates on incoming orders, naturally.

I do not need to report tomorrow for JD. Bet I'm on the Tuesday list.

Last night I felt a stinging on my left wrist and noticed a big lump that stung when I moved my wrist a certain way. Ganglion cyst I think. Putting pressure on nerves with certain movement. Hopefully it'll go down on its own because I don't have time for this.

Hopefully able to knock out some tank stuff today.

Not peninsula photos.

He approves of new cave.

Why you making feeding difficult??

I've really been wanting to set up another small tank... idk where I'd put it though.

What did you figure out with the powerhead?
As of right now, they're still off - I increased the flow coming from the return to help compensate a little. Nothing seems to be minding yet. Still playing with ideas....

My experience with Anthias sp. is limited to Lyretails and Dispars. Is there anything I should know about bimaculatus in particular?
The biggest thing I like about them is they don’t have to be fed multiple times a day like some other anthias. Twice a day is good. I got mine pre quarantined so don’t know how easy they are to get to eat. The males are easy to tell apart from females. The male has a spot on dorsal fin and the female doesn’t.

In my tank the male is usually swimming at the top of the tank watching over his females. And often times I see him dart after one of the females as if he’s keeping them in line.

I will have to watch behavior of my crew - I wonder if the male lyretail has to keep the females in line as well :thinking-face: - I do love a misbehaved female

Do I or do I not participate in gators auctions tonight? They have a couple alveopora I would like to add to my collection :thinking-face: And a pretty elegance....

UGH

Guess I'm placing another fish order... my last fish on the definite want list is available.

Oh, speaking of fish, @F i s h y do you know what on earth has happened to banggai cardinal availability in the hobby? I don't think I've seen them listed anywhere in quite awhile. Are you still breeding?

We get some captive bred from time to time around here but far less than we used to. Yes I'm still breeding them. I've had limited time so unfortunately limited success. I currently have 5 or 6 ready for homes soon @Stang67 is on tap for those if we can work it out. And a few young ones that need a few more months. Expecting a new batch end of the month.

If you ever decide you want to risk shipping, let me know. I may have future interest :)

My PJs breed frequently and th male seems to be holding almost constantly. He just spit his last batch 3 days ago. Maybe someday I'll try to catch the babies and raise them...

I had pjs in my 1200cade, they never bred for me but I also have no idea what genders I ended up with.

I'm pretty sure I have 3 males and a female.
