Tank inspection.....

Leopard wrasse had disappeared for a week or so, she's back and looking very thin. Not happy about that, especially considering I'm leaving for a week.

Going to dump the pod delivery I get today into that tank instead of the pony tank like usual. Hopefully that helps.

Leopard & powder brown are hanging out. Powder blue has integrated into the clan.

Vet appt success, without injury.
New skimmer installed on peninsula.
Old skimmer cleaned.

Then my doctor's appointment....

Then installing the old skimmer on the cube.

Headed out of town tomorrow, sitter comes today to learn the pony feeding ropes. She has no personal saltwater experience, but she has plenty of freshwater and used to work at the FL Aquarium. I've also known her for years and she's worked for me at 3 different stores now.

Top off all atos
Feed Beelzebub
Make sure all dosers have enough juice for the week
Clean glass

Going to go enjoy the beach.

Big sargassum explosion on the coasts currently, no pods found yet. Lots of seaturtle nests already. Matt and I spent the evening filling in all the holes people dug and left unattended :face-with-rolling-eyes:

The beach we go to in North Carolina, it is against the law (maybe city ordinance) to dig holes and leave them, you can be cited with a ticket. The police patrol the beach and make you fill them in.
