These things are fat, not as long as the plates I used to keep though. And I never kept the longer ones

They grow so fast. But no, no issues with mine at all. He's a model citizen & a lardass.

This is a Florida Blue Centipede

I read that as silverfish initially.... Never heard of any centipedes called silversides around here at least. But your description matches silverfish as well. I actually really hate silverfish and ear wigs - centipedes don't bother me though.

Giant centipedes have a really bad bite. I'd rather be stung by any wasp, or spider. Watch out
