I know the pics aren't that great but its the best o can do. this stuff is a over my tank. it reminds me off the floaty part of a dandelion.

That's a lot of droids. Smother them with kalk made into a paste. If you can pull them off by hand- by all means do so also.

If it's all over your tank you might want to consider removing the rock and spot treat with peroxide, rinse in a bucket of saltwater after a few minutes then return to the tank. Kalk paste works but be careful how much you treat at one time, you don't want a sudden rise in ph. Manual removal outside of the tank with a sharp blade can work as well.
