The box tells me I need to "burn-in" the bulbs at 100% for 40 hours before dimming. How do you handle that will an established reef tank without hurting the inhabitants?

Thanks,

Raise the light a few inches if possible. You can buy a cheap t5ho fixture and burn them in away from the tank too. 50 hours is the burn in time.
