Chiton or worm?/keep or toss

Look underneath it. Is the bottom like a snail (i.e., a sticky foot)? Or does it have segmented leg/appendages? If the latter, then isopod (maybe good, maybe bad). Former: chiton == good. Isopods to watch out for are cirolanid isopods. You would clearly be able to distinguish black eyes on them, though. I can't really see eyes here, so my guess is chiton. Also, was it slow or moving fast? Isopods are fast movers/swimmers.
 
Idk I think tbrown was right, didn’t look snaily but I tossed it, I think I have enough cleanup without risking it
