is this a goner or does it have hope noticed for the last couple of days he wasnt opened like before my yellow tang keeps pickin at it

Doesnt look great, but always keep the hope alive. Can you islate clam or tang? I'd stop the irritation immediately (also may want to double check the clam for any additional irritants (pyram snails)). Get her to safety and give a big dose of live phytoplankton if possible. You may also consider a F/W dip (do yourself some reading). How long have you had the clam, and do you have enough light?

as far as light i think i have enough my other clam is doing good this one ive had for about month plus the other had for a couple of months cant isolate neither i have no extra tank as far as fwd how would i go about it
