cleanup crew, what to get?

I have an 8 month old 24gal nano cube and was wondering what to get for a cleanup crew? Snails,crabs, hermits? I have a tiny bit of hair algae, and some green and brown algae on the glass and rocks.

snails are always good for control of algae and a few hermit for picking up waste would be good, too.

Be careful with hermits they can kill snails for there shells i have a bunch of different snails and some emerold crabs

Reefcleaners is OK but all crabs and snails they have now are very small NY aquatics has some nice size of all. It's recommended 1 of all per 10 gallon but you could get by with a few more.
