are you happy with them though?

Yes, and No. I thought it would sit more flush with the top of the tank, but it sits up some, which I'm not a fan of. Also, I thought the feeding door would be more incorporated into the design, instead of just a hole with a piece of plastic sitting on top. However, after having it for a month, it has grown on me, and I like it more than I did when I first got it.

well TY for the feedback...I will not be ordering any time soon...3mo is silly. Needs to cut off orders and get caught up imho.

Side note if anyone is good with plexi sounds like a market share waiting to be taken with a quality product.

As long as they are producing them and telling people up front there no problem with a long lead time in my eyes? idk

Ordered 2 classic lids for 2 framed 60gal frag tanks on Sept 12. Wait on classics was 52-59 business days before October 8th. Don’t know if that means now it’s more or less time. I’m about 40 days, but counting the weekends, lol. If by , M-F, I’m expecting them end of November. This is what I need to cover.

Just received these classic lids from ClearView Lids. 56 business days. They said 52-59, so right on time. They fit perfect over these dual 60’s.
The only problem was apparently, they forgot to remove the protective film on the thin inner edge under the mesh screen, on one of them.
Pulling the spline and trying to reinsert an already stretched and cut screen was not an option, and I didn’t want to send it back to them.
I ended up very carefully, using the tip of an exacto blade between the 1/4” mesh squares to loosed it and then slowly pulled it out. All good now. 9464D4C8-6EAC-4E78-816F-15BC9F7EF121.jpeg 0C64001F-EAEB-400C-8C47-EA5C42A54884.jpeg D002000E-ED74-496A-9BFF-96DF7B1360E0.jpeg
This was the one with the plastic film still under the mesh.

My lid was delayed by multiple weeks and they would not notify me of the status or lead time.

I received the lid and it was not per the specifications i provided them. They offered to correct it but I would be responsible for shipping, which I was not really happy with (risk is on me if it gets broken in shipping) and there was no discussion of the lead time. The build quality was okay, i guess i had higher expectations with the cost and lead time and all the reviews. The material that fits in the seams that hold the netting in was coming out in multiple locations on each piece.

If anyone is looking for a RS 750 lid, i would be willing to sell it.

146 days and $719 dollars plus $165 for the lid inserts and its sitting in a box.

I made my own with the redsea kit for under 100 dollars and took less than two weeks.
