Clown fish babies??

So this morning I notice this on one corner of my waterbox 60.2 aquarium. Currently there are only 2 clown fish in my tank. And I bought them as a pair. There is this clump of little seeds and both appear to be guarding it. If it is babies what do I need to do?

Like maybe Slow down water pumps, add guards to prevent them from going into overflow and into sump, etc…and any special care to feed and care for them?

I'd read this, and there are plenty of other guides out there as well. Not exactly easy.
