Can you share a little more information? Is this a new addition to the tank? Is it eating normally? Is it showing any other signs that are concerning?

Clowns are weird! Could be that is the spot in your tank that it has decided to use as its host. Let us know some more details.

Nope added the pair 3 weeks ago, both have intestinal parasites but I'm treating and they are eating about 8 pellets at a time once a day, and not really just thought this was weird. But this is my first tank
