Brook. Got acriflavine handy? Give the fish a 90 minute bath and wait for the others to chime in.

^^ I agree with brook diagnosis here. A formalin or acriflavine bath for all fish would be best, followed by transfer into a sterile QT. You can treat with metronidazole (exs. Seachem MetroPlex, Metro-MS) in QT to be sure brook is knocked out. Fallow time in the DT for brook is 6 weeks.
