Controllable/Dimmable LED Spotlights

I'd like to replace my existing T5's with LED's and with spotlights to be more exact, but I'd also like them to be controllable. Are there any units like this now or coming to the market?

I've reached out to Kessil in hopes that they might be doing something, but also curious to any other manufactures and their options. I did see that Orphek has come out with a spotlight and I do know about Ecoxotics, but they seem a little big and bulky.

I'm mostly interested in the controllable/dimmable option and a stand alone controller that had all the options would be nice.

I Just set up a Kessil and I am not too impressed with the par numbers. It was a 15K fixture. Not sure if the 10K is better. I do like the looks of it.
