As I am just starting to get into acros, I do have quite a few montiporas, I am curious as to why 100% blues and 24% red, white, green for this program. Is there a easy to understand guide somewhere or video to explain the choices for this program? I have been running a variation of the 'traditional lighting' program, but am thinking to switch to this AB program as it seems to be the preferred choice from what I have seen info about.
