Just a fun afternoon shot, look at that coraline growth! To think a few months ago I couldn't grow coraline to save my life!

Brs 2 part only. I let water changes take care of everything else ;)

Nice, I have all the stuff I need for BRS part 2. Im about to start dosing but just worried ill over dose. I really dont like checking the perimeters and checking the calcium using the salfet test kit one is kinda hard to read.. Any tips?

You have to measure to know how much you should dose. Once you get that figured out, you continue to test weekly of twice a week to dial in it. Once dialed in you will still want to test once every 2-3 weeks.

As you increase Coral load, you will have to upp dosage. This of course takes time, I don't mean after every Coral you need to change it. After adding 5-10 and they keep growing you would want to check just to see if the number your dosing is still accurate

Youngreefer2410 pretty much nailed it. I would strongly suggest getting the hannah marine alkalinity checker. You can get your exact alkalinity number in less than 2 minutes ;)

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
