Lights are about 3" above the waterline(2"above the tank). Tank height is 18". I have a 55gal.

At the highest points(6" below the surface, I got readings up to 220par. Sand bed is just about 100-110. About 50-70 on the edges. Light coverage/par is pretty consistent throughout,

Ok, so i did some measuring using your parameters and came up with this approximation.

It appears everything is below par... Guess i need more rock or more light. Heck, probably both...

Yeah, it seems to just barely be enough for a shallow tank. I am honestly looking at getting a reef breeders photon v2 in the near future as an upgrade when my tank matures more as well

Looks pretty spot-on to me, as far as the pro is concerned. You'd have to run all channels at 100 to get to 300par+ , obviously.

Nice! Curious to know how high do you have your height for the lights above the tank and do you have moon light setting as well?
I currently have it just above the water using the slide arms they come with to rest on top of the tank. I do use the moon light.
